Other Useful Information Renting space at St. Barts Renting a Space at St. Bartholomew’s Church St. Bartholomew’s church offers its space to individuals and non-profits that need a well-kept, open, and inexpensive space for social events. The price is computed to cover the average use per square foot. We do not make a profit. We offer discounts, especially, to those who live in White Plains or provide services to the community. Evening events must end by 11:00PM. Sunday Morning events cannot be scheduled. The non-refundable deposit is a $100 check, but deductable after the rental fee is paid. The sexton is paid $50 for opening and closing. Cleaning is $15/ hour if necessary. These will be charged in addition to the hourly fee.
