Budget – Line item review
Contributions? How do we handle a shortfall in the Pledge payments? Need to address conjugation by end of February if we are not on target.
Church Use income – Rates were discussed and need to be finalized for the various church rooms/facilities.
Need to establish guidelines to the rental of the property. Need to breakdown number of events and income produced. Kitchen renovation and catering possibilities needs to be put to the committee – which should be next month to get the ball rolling.
Building Insurance – annual cost $14,000 if we change to the Pinnacle plus plan, which is a reduction from 2009 of $17,300. This would not reduce our overall coverage. This does require us to move the deductible up from $500 to 3,000.
Nominations Committee: forming Gawain and Catherine - Jr. Warden and Vestry Members for next year. Jim Owen on Committee.
Proposal: $2,000 for priest to use for Clergy Parsonage Allowance from stipend - passed by vestry.
